Trade pricing is our lower pricing schedule and intended for repeat customers who generally order larger quantities. For instance, this would be your tradies, furniture renovators, upcyclers and so on.
This pricing is not intended for one off large orders, such as redoing all of the hardware in your home. However, you may still enquire directly with us as discounts may be possible depending on the product(s) you are after.
How Much Lower Are the Prices?
In general, prices will be anywhere from 10% to 40% lower, depending on the product(s) ordered.
How Can I View the Lower Trade Prices?
If you are a previous customer who has ordered large quantities of product(s) on more than one occasion beforehand please reach out to us via the Contact Us page. We can change your account role to show Trade Pricing (you must have a registered account for us to do this - please register here if you have not registered one yet).

Yes, all prices shown include GST. This applies to the RRP as well as Trade Pricing. This is for simplicity and ease of seeing how much of a discount you are getting when browsing the website.
Invoices will show GST as a separate line for tax purposes.
In general, it is not possible. Our margins are already very slim with the low RRP of product(s) sold and it is not worth setting up an account for what may only amount to a single discounted order.
Note that we may reach out to potential clients directly and offer access without any sales history. But, this is at our discretion.
In some cases, products will be put on Sale. In these cases, we will ensure that the Trade Pricing is the same or lower than the Sale price.
