Change in Reviews Management Partner (Judge.me to Wiserreview.com)

This post explains why we changed from Judge.me to Wiserreview.com.

Essentially, Judge.me decided to stop offering their service for Woocommerce (the platform we are built on) and instead focus solely on Shopify. We were able to move all of our reviews across, but lost some of the functionality (most importantly, the review badges).
