FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO YOU SHIP FROM NEW ZEALAND?

Yes, all of our products are stocked in Christchurch, New Zealand. We never ship from overseas which means we have much greater control over the delivery process. It's also much faster.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

We aim to ship your order within 0 to 1 working days of receiving it. So long as you order before 2pm, we should be able to ship your order on the same day.

Once shipped, your order should be delivered within 1 to 2 working days if your address is non rural. If your address is rural then delivery may take up to 3 days longer.

Important note: A working day is considered to be Monday to Friday. We do not ship orders on the weekend, and the couriers will generally not deliver on the weekend.

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

Yes, you may return your order in full or in part. You do not have to provide a reason. There are two pathways of returning an order.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

For change of mind returns you have 30 days from the date of the delivery scan to file a request to return your order. The goods must be returned in the same condition that they were sold in.

WARRANTY RETURNS

You are fully protected under the CGA. You have, at a minimum, a one year warranty for your order (many products carry longer warranties). If a product is defective you may return for a replacement or refund.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Once our showroom is open you will have the option to pickup orders placed via the website. Until then we can only provide delivery.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND?

No, we currently only deliver within New Zealand.
