Our Trade & Wholesale pricing is intended for regular customers who place high value orders. This includes your tradies, cabinet makers, furniture upcyclers, resellers and so on.
This pricing is not intended for one-off purchases, such as redoing all of your kitchen hardware.
How Much Lower Is the Pricing?
In general, prices will be anywhere from 10% to 40% lower, depending on the product(s) ordered.
There are two levels available - Trade Tier 1 and Trade Tier 2 - the prices differ depending on your level. However, access is currently limited to Tier 1.
What Is the Criteria to Open an Account?
There are two pathways to opening an account.
- You may open an account so long as you have the sales history to prove that you are a Trade/Wholesale customer. This means you must have placed at least 3 or more large orders with us within the previous 12 months. A large order is considered to be greater than $100 in value.
- Or, you may open an account if we invite you to do so.
What Is the Criteria to Maintain an Account?
To maintain access to the lower Trade & Wholesale pricing you must continue to make regular orders. At least 3 orders per year, and each order must be over $100 in value.
If you are unable to do so your account may be downgraded.
How Can I Apply for an Account?
Please contact us directly (support@depotdirect.co.nz) or via the Contact Us page. If you don't receive a reply within 48 hours please try a different means of contact (emails occasionally end up in our spam folder).
How Can I Order Once I Have a Trade Account?
The ordering and payment process is exactly the same as a regular customer, except that the prices will be lower. You just have to follow the checkout process.
We do not offer credit accounts at this time. Payment is to be made in full prior to shipment.
Payment can made by any of the regular methods (such as card, bank transfer).
