Latest Updates
Unfortunately, the latest shipment has now been delayed twice. Current ETA is now late August.
Delayed in late June due to production issues - one of our suppliers had a batch of handles that failed quality control due to poor electroplating. This necessitated redoing the entire batch to ensure colour conformity.
Delayed again in mid July due to issues with Chinese customs - our forwarder explains that this is apparently due to recently introduced stricter requirements.
To all customers that are waiting for goods to arrive, we apologize for these delays! Goods were originally intended to arrive no later than mid July.
Where Is the Shipment Right Now?
As of July 18th 2025 our shipment is being held by Chinese export customs until paperwork can be finalized. Our forwarder believes this will take approx. one week.

New Products
A number of new products will be stocked. These don't currently have product names or descriptions. However, here is some useful information:
T bar handles (not yet named) will be stocked in matte black and brushed stainless in 96m, 128mm and 160mm.
Stamma handles will now also be stocked in the next size up. These handles will be 14x14mm (instead of 12mmx12mm). They will be available in matte black and brushed stainless in 96mm, 128mm and 160mm. This is in addition to the regular 12x12mm handles which are being restocked in all sizes.
Medicano handles will now be stocked in worn brass, in addition to the usual colours.
The Forte handles are being restocked (as mentioned previously), but they will now be made from 304 stainless instead of 201 stainless. 304 stainless is a better grade of steel.
There will be a new knob available in brushed brass. Very similar to the Modeco type that is currently sold out. The reason for the change is due to issues with the manufacturer of Modeco knobs.
Notable Exceptions
We understand that our range of solid brass hardware is quite popular, especially the knurled handles. Likely, part of that popularity is due to the relatively low prices compared with other domestic suppliers.
Unfortunately, our pricing makes the handles a very low profit margin product, whilst at the same time these products require a large capital outlay (because brass is an expensive material). For example, we can purchase three times as many brass plated zinc based knobs for the same price as a single solid brass knob (like-for-like appearance).
Once the cost of the products, storing, advertising etc are taken into account, the profit is so minimal that the solid brass hardware becomes close to unprofitable. Restocking and raising prices (+30% on our current prices) is the only option to make solid brass viable, but, we have decided not to do this because sales volume for solid brass is already low (and would be lower still if prices were raised).
Therefore, solid brass hardware will not be restocked for the foreseeable future. Current stock may be marked down as clearance.
